Drumbeat 1 and her dolphin encounter!

We received this amazing dolphin photo from Chef Linda of Drumbeat 1. Linda noted that these dolphins frolicked around Drumbeat 1 for at least two hours, playing on their anchor chain. There were three dolphins in total, including a baby. These dolphins arrived while Drumbeat 1 was anchored off of Marina Cay, a charming little island which lies just off Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.

Vince & Linda Stracener, Captain & Chef, and also the owners of Drumbeat 1, a 72' Irwin monohull, seem to have excellent luck when it comes to wildlife spottings in and around the Virgin Islands.
