Shelly Tucker is the author of the "Three Moons Island Cookbook" and an award-winning Chef within the Virgin Islands Charter Yacht Fleet. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that Shelly was recently chosen as the featured Charter Chef of the Month in Crew Life Magazine.
