Chef April grew up around the Rocky Mountains in Canada, wanted to explore the world and soon traveled from coastline to coastline. She lived in New Zealand for 7 years where she fell in love with the adventure of sailing. She started as a stewardess on a 72ft Swath Ocean Catamaran in 2007, and it quickly grew from there. Obtaining her Commercial Yacht Master and becoming a qualified diver opened up a love, respect and appreciation for life on the water. Combined with a passion for nutritional creativity, April uses innovative techniques to bring you fresh, healthy dishes and sail you into a culinary paradise.

Chef Hannah was brought up in Cape Town, South Africa by British Folks. She studied Brand Building and Management before meeting Captain Dom and being whisked away into the world of yachting. Initially a stewardess on her first 3 yachts, it was there that she discovered a keen interest in cooking, and then decided to put herself through a year of Chef Training. I graduated as 'Student of the Year (2015)' and received a Diploma in Culinary Arts & Cookery and was employed on a yacht in Florida before having even arrived. Hannah is passionate about anticipating guests' needs before they're even considered. .

Chef Rosie hails from Cowes, Isle of Wight, the home to UK sailing and therefore has been very fortunate to spend all of her life on the water. Rosie studied Fashion at University, however, was always drawn back to the sea! After Rosie completed her Yachtmaster Offshore in 2017, she decided to take a few months out of her office job to work as a Yacht Captain in Croatia, this was the moment Rosie knew a career in Yachting was for her! Rosie attended Professional Yacht Chef Training at Ashburton Chefs Academy and now uses her creativity in her food where she loves to use fresh and local ingredients whenever she can.

Katie’s love for yachting started in her early teens during family holidays sailing the Ionian in Greece. Her sailing career began as a hostess in Lefkada, then moving across to seek new challenges in the windy Saronic Gulf and Cyclades. From there she moved to the BVI, during her downtime between seasons she studied at Culinary school in Devon and on the Isle of Wight, developing and refining her love for cookery. Katie began cheffing professionally in 2016 in the Caribbean where she found a love for the culture and flavours of the area. She's happy to tailor her menu to your preferences, using only the freshest and most vibrant local ingredients.
