Wow!!! I can't even put into words how amazing this past week has been! Matt and Mel are a great couple - lots of fun. Matt is an awesome captain and Mel is an amazing chef!

The diving was so beautiful. All the food was great - and Mel even made us our traditional Christmas dinner - Standing Rib roast. It was the best prime rib we have ever had.
