Rates include BVI Cruising Permits, Fees, and Taxes ***BOAT REQUIRES 72 HOUR TURNS*** 7 night minimum. Inquire for less than 7 nights.. Lynne,
Jaime gave us a complete presentation of the boat, safety rules, contingencies just in case and then an overview of our itinerary. Jaime is the epitome of professionalism and placed safety above all else. Ira and I have been lifetime power boaters and we have been in some pretty scary situations before so knowing this captain was taking his responsibility for our safety seriously made me quite at ease.
Our group was likely very difficult for Susannah as we have widely variable food preferences but she gave us all what we asked for every time. Ira and I think her Sea Bass is the best we have ever had. All you had to do was ask, and it appeared!
Ariel is so pleasant and accommodating- he was up early and up late. Never saw him rest- just kept working on whatever was needed- seemed to be nowhere and everywhere at the same time! Seemed capable of anything.
In summary, I will tell you what I told them. We came for the boat. We left remembering the crew. They are a tremendous asset.

This vacation was a dream come true for us. If we had constructive criticism, we would surely share it with you. However, everything was just perfect. Lynne, you matched us with a boat and crew that fit us just right. You were always so easily available, and made the process of booking very easy. Having the logistics of a trip taken care of, you really allowed us to be carefree in the time leading up to the trip. The pick up from the airport and hotel and boat was a nice touch. The company is well named. I can't say enough about the crew. I have continued to brag about you guys to my jealous friends here at home. They hope to see you in action firsthand on our next trip. Jamie took us to his secret spots, allowing us to have privacy in the prettiest places on earth. We always felt comfortable with safety and had full confidence that we were seeing the best of the BVIs. Jamie clearly knows the Islands and the diving like the back of his hand. His beverages deserve the accolades that have been received.
The food was absolutely exquisite. Susannah performed magic everyday. I have pictures of all of the food, but this doesn't do it justice. We may not be seasoned yacht travelers, but we ARE seasoned eaters. Don't be fooled by some of our silly snack food requests from the preference sheet (which were amazingly obtained); this group of guest does enjoy fine dining around the world. This was truly top notch work and was appreciated as such.
Above all, we wanted to thank you for being so darn nice and accommodating the entire time. We knew how hard you were working, but the exhaustion that we must have caused was never apparent. We joked that this once in a lifetime trip was going to ruin all other vacations in the future. Everything else would just pale in comparison. So, we will simply have to do it again. We couldn't even imagine doing another trip without Lynne, Jamie and Susannah. We will be in touch. Thank you again.

Our trip was fabulous! Jamie and Susanna were so knowledgeable and fun. Every meal was perfect! It was one of the best vacations Joe and I have ever taken, we can't wait to go again. Jamie helped us route the perfect trip that allowed us to hit everything we wanted to see and do and he always managed to anchor at the best spot where there was minimal rocking at night. They were such professionals and we truly enjoyed every minute.

Where on earth do I begin?
We booked our catamaran boat trip through Carefree Yacht Charters with Jamie and Susannah on Island Hoppin almost a year in advance. So believe me when the day came to begin our trip we were more then ready and excited to go! Four of us were sisters and we each invited a friend, so Jamie and Susannah were in for a treat with 8 women in their 50's.
Let me tell you Jamie was masterful in his sailing and boating skills, he had a wonderful sense of humor which helped him greatly with our crew and he was always one step ahead with unloading all of the toys such as paddle boards, kayaks floats etc. for us to play on. We water skied, snorkeled and one member went off with Jamie to scuba. He met all of our needs!
Susannah was an exceptional chef, preparing 3 wonderful meals a day and delightful appetizers to begin happy hour! Although for some that had started much earlier in the day :) The food was delicious and healthy except for some of those amazingly dangerous and tasty desserts. Each night our beds were turned down with lovely lighting and mints on our pillows. Where did they find the time to pamper us so well. Our bar was always stocked with all of the requests we had made prior to coming and Jamie made some spectacular specialty drinks for us.
The boat itself was in tip top condition, had wonderful sitting and lounging places for all to enjoy, you could sneak away and read a book or take a nap if you wanted to. The days we sailed were amazing with the tall sails, strong breeze and great music selection from Jamie and Susannah!
The islands and coves we visited and moored in, left permanent images of beauty in our minds and hearts, sunsets to beat all sunsets and a sense of being so far removed from reality that there was no room for worry. Someone once defined luxury as "the absence of worry" well that is what Jamie, Susannah and Island Hoppin provided for us... complete and total luxury!

Growing up on the east coast of South Africa, the Indian Ocean was Jamie's childhood playground. His family being avid divers, Jamie was certified as a SCUBA diver from the age of 12.
His teen years were spent racing small monohulls and by 18 he was a SCUBA instructor, as well as an accomplished surfer, free-diver and spear fisherman.
