GENERAL NOTES: MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4 Christmas/New Years weeks: Christmas week must end by 28 December New Years week can begin no earlier than 27 December 6 guests for 7 nights aboard: US$41,650 8 guests for 7 nights aboard: US$42,950 9 or 10 guests for 7 nights aboard: US$44,900 Charters outside the Virgins: Regardless of whether or not a vessel may or may not include taxes in the vessel's listed charter fees for Virgin Islands charters, in general, no fees, port dues, nor taxes are included in the charter fee for any charter outside the Virgin Islands unless otherwise agreed.

Review: What do I recommend about the Annex, everything! I booked this trip for my husbands 50th birthday two years ago and we just returned from the most amazing vacation we've ever had! There were 4 other friend couples that came along with us. Captain Ricky, Chef Jess, and First Mate Katie were one of the best crews we could have ever asked for! Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing week we had on the Annex! If we were to describe the experience, it would be EPIC! We all felt like it wasn't 10 guests and a crew, it was 13 family members having a great time and making memories! The boat was clean, beautiful and accommodating, meals were delicious and much more than we had expected, our daily schedule was always on point-fun and flexible if needed, and the laughs among our Annex family for the week were never ending! We already miss the crew, the Annex, and BVI! Until next time, Despacito!

I want to let you know everyone aboard the Annex had a great time. Ricky did a great job taking us where we wanted to go and making sure we had a good time. Jessica cooked superb food. As a matter a fact I could barely get my pants buttoned by the time the sail was over. All the meals were terrific. Lloyd was a cheerful and helpful mate, serving us at cocktail hour and doing whatever was necessary to make sure we were well taken care of. The weather was great and the crew made for a very delightful week for all of us. My only regret is that the wind didn't blow a little harder so we could have navigated under sail. Let the crew know how much we enjoyed them.

As additional insult, it is going to be 20 below zero in my neck of the woods on Wednesday. I'd rather be cruising in the balmy waters off Virgin Gorda than shivering up here. Lynne, I also appreciated your help in setting up this trip. You gave me a lot of good advice and always followed up promptly. Your attention to detail made for a more enjoyable vacation. I would certainly use you again when renting a boat. Thanks for a job well done.
