juices, and freshly brewed co!ee and teas. Eggs prepared to your preference are always
available. Below are some examples of the breakfast o!erings you can enjoy onboard.
Freshly baked artisan sourdough, accompanied by butter, preserves, charcuterie, and fine
cheeses / Chia seed pudding, layered with house-made granola and a seasonal fruit
compote / Freshly baked pain au chocolat, warm from the oven / Immune booster shot of
ginger, turmeric, lemon, and coconut water with a hint of honey / Farm-fresh eggs, prepared to your preference

the occasion. Each menu is thoughtfully tailored to your preferences, with Chef Ulrika
favouring the use of local, seasonal produce.
