BVI Rates are Inclusive 2 guests $48,000 3 Guests $49,500 4 Guests $51,000 5 Guests $52,500 6 Guests $54,000 Bahamas Rates are plus expenses. Weekly Rate $43,900 plus 35% APA ($15,365) plus 4% Bahamas Taxes ($1,756) plus 10% Bahamas VAT ($4,390) = $65,411. No Day Charters The Owner prefers 7 nights, but a minimum of 5 nights for all bookings. 72 hours preferred between charters or owner's use (not including drop off/pick up days)
