    Reviews from our Carefree Clients

A family group that we booked aboard 50' Catamaran Nutmeg for New Years 2016/2017 said:

    Hi Lynne,

A HUGE thank you to Carefree Yacht Charters and our awesome crew of Paul and Ginette for making our vacation truly one of the best we have ever had. First, thank you for all your help and knowledge as to what boat and crew would be a great fit for our family. You were absolutely right on with everything!! As I had mentioned to you about the not so pleasant experience we had ten years ago when we chartered a sailboat with a captain in the BVI's, we were a tad nervous to give it another try. However, our experience was completely different this time. From the moment we rolled up to the dock, Paul and Ginette were there to greet us with open arms, take our luggage and escort us to the Nutmeg. After giving us the full tour of the beautiful catamaran and having yummy tropical beverages awaiting, they both did not stop for a second. We were treated to the most amazing, delicious meals (Ginette's meals and presentations were 5 star all the way) drinks and company that one could ask for! Paul and Ginette went out of their way to ensure that we all sit back, relax and leave everything to them. We really wanted to visit as many islands in the BVI's as we could, and Paul made that happen. And when our older kids wanted to go ashore in the evening for entertainment, Paul was so wonderful and patient shuttling them back and forth. I have to say that we all had a few tears when it was time to say good-bye to Paul and Ginette, and not only because they made our vacation extra special, but they both are the salt of the earth. We truly hope we get the chance to sail with them again!

And Lynne, they both spoke very highly of you and hope we get the chance to meet you one of these days! Thank you SO much for all your help with this and I have already passed on your name to a few friends and will continue to do so!

    Best,

    Lauren F., MA

A 2 famly group that we booked aboard 50' Catamaran Nutmeg in March, 2015 said:

Our charter experience was entirely positive. The boat was more comfortable than we expected. The crew was warm and welcoming, and at the same time completely professional. They made all aspects of their portion of the trip absolutely wonderful and stress free. They were very accommodating of our desire to find quiet anchorages a bit away from the crowds, and were great with the kids. It was an enormously relaxing experience, but with enough quiet adventure to keep us all enthralled. The food was consistently excellent -so much so that we had no desire to go ashore to eat, because we knew we would eat much better on the boat. Ginette did a great job with adjusting to various people's dietary quirks. We did go ashore once to eat -but it was out of a sense of obligation to the local economy!

We also found the experience with carefree to be very positive. The information provided was useful and timely, and your service responsive to our questions. Thank you for all of the assistance, and we will certainly pass on you name.
